These bamboo bags are hand-crafted by Indonesian artisans who have over ten years of experience in the industry. Currently, a group of five men and five women work to  produce these indigenous bags from Bali. They use organic materials like vegetable-tanned leather or bamboo, supporting our goal of sustainable fashion. Each of these bags are ethically made to support artisans financially and otherwise. At Equal Hands, we work tirelessly to bring you these exquisite creations by researching sustainable materials, modern hardware upgrades, and ancestral techniques. In doing so, we attempt to contribute to the artisan’s  economic development, financial empowerment, and environmental conservation.
